Bali 2023
We discovered this coffee during our trip to Kintamani, Bali in January 2023.
During our trip to Indonesia we visited two Coffee Farms Belantih Coffee and Bali Beans.
These organic plantations are located in the famous coffee growing region of the Kintamani Highlands, North East Bali, Indonesia.
This is the primary coffee growing area of the island due to the altitude being around 1200 metres above sea level, the excellent weather and volcanic soil condition.

Roast: Medium/Dark
Origin: Catur, Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia
Process: Natural Process
Tasting Notes:
A delicious and vibrant coffee with a higher level of acidity than Indonesian coffee is traditionally known for.
Probably best drank black, however, the darker roast level means it can work well for espresso and milk based drinks. We drank it as both on the plantation.
Fruity notes of Grape and Raspberry.
